A Prosper, Texas native received her Bachelor of Science from Tarleton State University and attended Parker University in Dallas where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Lacey specializes in woman's health, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and pediatric care. She is Webster certified, and has done extensive training with Epic Pediatrics, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, BIRTHFIT and is a certified Merciér fertility specialist.
Dr. Lacey absolutely loves helping moms discover their strength and mindset during their transition to parenthood. In addition, she enjoys helping patients with sports rehabilitation, exercise recommendations and nutrition. Dr. Lacey is dedicated to positively impacting lives of all ages and to serving the community in obtaining optimal health through natural healthcare.
As a part of the BIRTHFIT team, you will often find Dr. Lacey at her local CrossFit box when she isn’t in the office. She is here to be a coaching resource for moms that want to start or continue to move well throughout their pregnancy.

Dr. Meghan is an Arlington, Texas native. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Oklahoma City University. During her four years as an Oklahoma City Dr. Meghan also played volleyball as an OCU Star (GO STARS!!). After college she moved back down south to Texas to attend chiropractic school at Parker University where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Through chiropractic journey Dr. Meghan found her love for growing families; especially in prenatal, postpartum, pediatrics, and wellness care. She has training through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association and is Webster Certified. She has also done training through Sacred Doula to better serve mamas as a Doula.
She found her passion and purpose in serving others and bringing people to their greatest joy. Through chiropractic Dr. Meghan is able to serve in connection and with intention; allowing people to thrive in their own joy of life. She loves chiropractic because it allows for both she and the people she serves to flourish in their most authentic selves. When she’s not in the office you can find her hanging with her great Pyrenees pup, Marshall, or at the local CrossFit gym
Born in Anna Texas, she found her passion for massage therapy after reading “Do What You Are”. She did 1 tour of her school and was hooked. The idea of helping others achieve health benefits without medications fueled her interest even further. She graduated from Cortiva Institute (formerly Texas Center for Massage Therapy) in 2014 with over 800 hours of training, and immediately began helping others heal.
Staci is passionate about women's health and helping them through the motherhood transition. She is certified in Reiki I and II, Trigger point, Advanced Prenatal Massage and Craniosacral I.
Staci is currently working on an Infant massage certification so she can further educate our families on bonding with their baby.
She believes in an all-natural approach which helps her to know what modality would best benefit a client. Her goal is to help individuals and families heal the natural way. Her knowledge in this field is always expanding, and she is always looking to find new ways to help her clients feel their very best.
Payton, Office Intern
Born in Arkansas, Payton moved to McKinney three years ago with her dad, mom and little brother. She is currently a junior at Heritage high school and participates in her schools powerlifting team, where she has qualified for state multiple times.
Payton joined the Invigorate Chiropractic team June 2018 and has loved being a part of it! Her favorite thing about the office is seeing all the kiddos and constantly learning how holistic care is helping our community. She has aspirations to work in the health field, specifically in women’s health. She is completely fascinated by what the female body is capable of.
While working through her junior year Payton is currently visiting and interviewing various colleges including UNT, TCU, DBU and Baylor. In her spare time you can usually find Payton working out with Dr. Lacey. She loves CrossFit and hopes to stay competitive in the sport throughout college.
